I think there are way too many delegates in Copenhagen, and the only excuse is the networking character of &quot;in real life&quot; meetings that virtual meetings can&#039;t achieve.

Or maybe we shd cut allowances for all attendees to shrink it down to a three-day event with results.

The advantage of a webinar (with webcams!) on the other hand would be that everyone is more equal which results in less - mental and physical - problems (delegates being pissed off for various reasons; not enough toilet facilities, stress, etc etc.). I agree that most current webinars still suck, but we could change that.

Else...I am into the Cradle2Cradle approach, so maybe optimising jet fuel is the way to go as a first step.</description>
