I think there are way too many delegates in Copenhagen, and the only excuse is the networking character of "in real life" meetings that virtual meetings can't achieve. Or maybe we shd cut allowances for all attendees to shrink it down to a three-day event with results. The advantage of a webinar (with webcams!) on the other hand would be that everyone is more equal which results in less - mental and physical - problems (delegates being pissed off for various reasons; not enough toilet facilities, stress, etc etc.). I agree that most current webinars still suck, but we could change that. Else...I am into the Cradle2Cradle approach, so maybe optimising jet fuel is the way to go as a first step. Maybe.
