Its a good idea for KDN to install solar panels at there centers to overcome power problems It is also a challenge to power souces to look for means and ways of the strengh of solar panels especially to drive more machines.
KDN;- With the installation of viber optics, how would it affect the current technology? would its services be lower than in the current status? would it have the sideeffect to human being?

Solar power is definitely the way to go and the amazing thing is that it doesnt have to be expensive either.

I think KPLC is the one charged with developing a smart grid. I also think it is very important to consider renewable super or megagrids to transmit bulk green energy long distance. KDN's example needs to be emulated by all Kenyan firms to mitigate the problem of expensive grid power & as backup for power rationing.

This is surely a good example for tech companies that they too can embrace a renewable energy source. We also have power problems where we are based and we are just a startup, our location is very vital because we are into webcasting and we have to be located in a place where we can receive broadcast from some African TV channels. To overcome our power problems (and go green in the process, we are following the path of renewable energy by installing solar panels at our data center. Where we can still receive signal from Kenya, Nigeria and more.
