I am curious because at the current exchange rate $615 dollars is Ksh. 44,895(i.e.Ksh 73 for 1$). Then if Ksh. 5530 has been raised then the outstanding balance is KSh. 39,365 which at the current exchange rate is $539. I think that some one has inadvertently added an extra "zero" making the exchange rate "KSh730 to the dollar not Ksh. 73 as it actually is. LMKYT.
