		<description>A similar trend has happened in Ghana where we originally were pushing condoms had but now seem to be backing down and talking a lot more about abstinence. My guess is American funding had something to do with that too. It probably has a bit to do with the fact that our current president is a bit of a christian fundamentalist.

I actually drive by one of the new baseball diamonds in Ghana every weekend when I go grocery shopping. I can get pictures if you like</description>
